  1. Install Fabric Loader for 1.21.4.
  2. Put Fabric API in your mods folder.
  3. Put caleonclient-1.0.0.jar in the same folder.
  4. Launch the game and press Right Shift to open the menu.

Only download the jar from this page or from the project's own GitHub build. If a copy of the jar was passed around, or sat on a computer you don't trust, rebuild it instead.
